To access tgs4d Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are required to provide your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and any other information requested by tgs4d. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure accuracy at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with tgs4d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to void all wagers placed from those Accounts and confiscate any winnings. Players who inadvertently create multiple Accounts must immediately notify tgs4d Customer Support to resolve the issue before depositing or wagering.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication details. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and communications made through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach, you must immediately notify tgs4d Customer Support and change your password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) prevention, and player protection, tgs4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. You may be required to submit a clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial verification purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified after repeated requests may be permanently closed, with funds returned to the original deposit source after deduction of any applicable administrative fees.
All verification documents submitted to tgs4d are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. tgs4d supports deposits via a variety of Indonesian payment methods, including but not limited to major banks such as BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to currency conversion at prevailing exchange rates, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the Player. Once a deposit is successfully credited to your Account balance, it is non-refundable except in cases of processing errors or duplicate charges. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must notify tgs4d Customer Support within 48 hours of the transaction for investigation.
Players are prohibited from using payment methods that do not belong to them or depositing funds derived from illegal or illegitimate sources. All deposits must originate from an account registered in the Player's own legal name. tgs4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits made using third-party payment methods, stolen credit cards, or funds suspected to be derived from money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Any Player found to be in violation of this provision will have their Account immediately closed and funds confiscated, and tgs4d will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any resulting investigation.
Verified Players may request withdrawals of their available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah), and the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah), or as otherwise specified in your Account settings or VIP tier benefits. Withdrawals must be requested to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name and matching the name on their tgs4d Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal processing times vary based on the Player's verification status and chosen payment method. Fully verified Accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1 to 24 hours of approval, with most processed within a few hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Unverified Accounts may experience delays until KYC documentation is submitted and approved. tgs4d reserves the right to impose a 24-hour pending period on all withdrawal requests to allow for security checks, bonus wagering verification, and fraud prevention measures. Withdrawals made to Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) are generally credited within 1-4 hours after processing, while e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are often instant upon approval.
Players must meet all applicable bonus wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds before completing required wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Additionally, tgs4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or video verification calls before approving large withdrawals or in cases where suspicious activity is detected.
tgs4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, excessive withdrawal activity (more than 5 withdrawal requests within a 24-hour period) may incur administrative fees at our discretion. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their receiving bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawals returned due to incorrect account details provided by the Player may be subject to a processing fee, and the Player must submit a new withdrawal request with corrected information.
tgs4d operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. All Players must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the deposit amount. Players who repeatedly deposit and withdraw without genuine gaming activity may have their Accounts restricted or closed.

Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the chosen period and cannot be overturned, even if you change your mind. Players must immediately report any suspected game malfunctions or errors to Customer Support. Continuing to exploit a known malfunction constitutes fraudulent behavior and will result in Account closure and confiscation of funds.

tgs4d is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, government actions, labor disputes, wars, terrorism, or any other force majeure event. We are not liable for losses arising from Player error, misunderstanding of game rules, network latency, or technical issues on the Player's device or internet connection.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of tgs4d Services, or any transactions conducted on the platform shall first be subject to informal negotiation between you and tgs4d Customer Support. If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties may pursue binding arbitration or mediation as an alternative to litigation. Nothing in these Terms shall limit tgs4d's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property, breaches of security, or fraudulent conduct.
All content on the tgs4d Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio, video, game interfaces, and compilation of data, is the exclusive property of tgs4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The tgs4d brand name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by tgs4d and may not be used without express written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tgs4d Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
